Hello Guys!

Since I saw Andrzej Dragan and his art and I totally wanted to master the effect but i couldn't get it right. I searched on google and i found some actions or tutorials about how to get this effect done but it wasnt working for me and I tried the effect on almost every portrait i take but it doesn't even look close to his work and I'm not pretty good on Photoshop so I'm expecting a little help from those who really mastered this effect or can anybody lead me to a reliable source..
